Libaasmart’s Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We allow you to return or exchange any product that you are not happy with.
Returns:
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please email libaasmart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. To be eligible for an exchange, please email us at libaasmart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged item. Once we receive the item and confirm the defect or damage, we will ship a new item to you free of charge.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
